Training and Development
Grounded in action research, principles of deliberative facilitation, and capacity building, all of our training services follow the five phase ADDIE model —Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation— and allow our clients to build outcomes-focused trainings that support organizational goals. Working in partnership with our clients, we design tailored trainings that focus on ensuring our clients have the skills to facilitate their own powerful conversations and promote action around community issues, organizational processes, and internal and external processes.
Creek Consulting LLC also strong believes in the education of up-and-coming generations. We enjoy instilling a deliberative mindset in all of our clients and students when we engage in deliberative processes, conversations, and activities.
